What area do you serve?

Athens, GA and surrounding areas, including Watkinsville, Bogart, Statham, Winterville, and Oconee County. Further out? Reach out and we'll work it out.

Is the first shoot really free?

Yes. I'm building my portfolio with a small group of local agents. You get a full Essentials shoot at no cost. All I ask is permission to feature the photos on my site, plus an honest review if you're happy with them.

How fast will I get my photos?

Within 48 hours for photo and drone packages, and 72 hours when video is included. Need it sooner? Ask, and I'll do my best.

How should the home be prepped?

Turn on all lights, open the blinds, clear the counters, hide personal items, and move cars out of the driveway. I'll send a quick prep checklist when you book.

Are the photos MLS-ready?

Yes. You'll get MLS-sized files plus full-resolution versions for print and marketing.

How do I book?
